Over an 18-month period starting in 2015, we employed a team of volunteers and embarked on a community listening project that will guide the next decade of our work. During the process, we heard clearly that we need to continue to support our community’s artists and organizations, while exploring ways to recognize and support Cuyahoga County’s varied cultural ecology. 

Planning for our future helped us see our need to focus on not only the groups we fund, but also the residents that we ultimately serve. Our refreshed values help guide how we do our work, and affirm our commitment to serving our community through everything we do.
